J-HAP's Model for Independent Living
Cornerstone Creek welcomed its first tenants in January 2017; within six months all units were leased. J-HAP is excited to have created a model that can be replicated anywhere in the country.
Life at Cornerstone Creek
J-HAP provides many choices for tenants at Cornerstone Creek. They can spend time in their own apartment or socialize with their neighbors. There are options to suit all interests, from a fully equipped fitness studio to tenant lounges, a J-HAP’s Multi-Purpose Room with fireplace, living rooms with large screen TVs and game tables throughout the building. The outdoor area offers a park-like setting with landscaped courtyard, walking paths, a community garden and gazebo.
Tenants also have opportunities to attend concerts, plays, sporting events, museums, cultural events, community education and more.
